# OTAサイト連携

#### **OTAサイトとは？**

OTAは「Operation Travel Assistant」の略で、旅行やレンタカーの予約をサポートするオンラインプラットフォームを指します。  
日本国内では以下のようなサイトが有名です：

- 楽天レンタカー
- SkyTicket
- じゃらん
- レンナビ

海外では、**Booking**や**Expedia**などが多くの旅行者に利用されています。これら複数のOTAサイトからの予約を効率的に管理するには、在庫統合が欠かせません。

外部OTAサイトで受けた予約受付メールを自動解析して、弊社レンタカー管理システムへ即時反映。  
**手動による予約登録で発生しがちな誤入力や、ダブルブッキングを防止し、劇的な業務効率化を実現します。**

外部OTAサイトから送られてくる「予約受付メール」を弊社システムの専用ドメイン宛てに転送または直接受信することで、**AIがメール内容を解析し、予約情報を自動登録する機能**です。

人手での登録作業をゼロにし、予約管理の精度とスピードを大幅に向上させます。

### 本機能の使い方について

1. 機能画面に表示されている【有効化】ボタンを押下。

2. 有効化を行うことで表示されるメールアドレスをコピーします。

3. コピーしたメールアドレスへ、ご利用のOTAサイトの予約メールが届くよう設定します。  
※1. 各OTAサイトごとに設定手順が異なりますため、ご不明な点がございましたらご利用のOTAサイトのカスタマーへお問い合わせくださいますようお願い申し上げます。  
※2. OTAサイト上にて受信設定ができない場合は、ご利用のメールツールより転送設定を行うことで設定が可能です。

4. 以上の操作にて設定は完了です。

また、予約メールの受信履歴や状況は以下の画面よりご確認いただけます。
