# キャンセルポリシー設定

### キャンセルポリシー設定について

キャンセルルールを自由に設定できる「キャンセルポリシー設定」と、手間のかかる返金処理を自動化する「自動返金機能」を搭載。お客様への案内から決済連携まで、スムーズかつ正確な対応を実現します。

店舗設定ページより期限と手数料の設定が可能です。

#### ※設定したキャンセルポリシーは予約サイトの店舗詳細ページにて公開されます。

 また、設定したキャンセルポリシーに基づき、適切な金額が (※1)請求 ・ (※2) 自動で返金されるようになりました。これにより、返金処理がスムーズになり、より透明性の高い決済を実現しています。

(※1)現地決済の場合はキャンセル請求メールが自動配信されます。  
(※2)事前決済の場合はポリシーに基づき自動的に返金処理が進みます。
