# OTAから取り込んだ予約にはメールを送らない設定ができるようになりました（2026年6月17日）

いつも当社のレンタカー予約システムをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

下記のリリース日時にシステムへ一時的にアクセスできなくなる可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

## **リリース内容**

##### メール設定のUIを改善

メール設定画面のレイアウトや表示内容を見直し、より分かりやすく設定できるよう改善しました。  
各メールの送信設定や内容確認がしやすくなり、日常的な運用や設定変更をスムーズに行えるようになっています。

##### メール設定がOTAで切替できるようになりました

これまで、OTA（楽天レンタカー・じゃらん・SkyTicket等）から取り込まれた予約については、顧客向けメールおよびスタッフ向けメールが一律で送信されていました。

今回のアップデートにより、予約メールをOTA連携時は送信しないように設定できるようになりました。配信が不要な場合は下記画像のスイッチをOFFにしてください。（デフォルトはONになっています）
