いつも当社のレンタカー予約システムをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

下記のリリース日時にシステムへ一時的にアクセスできなくなる可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

## **🚗 新機能**

##### 予約サイトの多言語化（英語対応）を強化しました

今回のアップデートでは、予約サイトに表示される各種データの英語対応を強化しました。

- プラン情報
- 店舗情報
- オプション（補償制度・サービス・貸出品・送迎場所・貸渡場所）
- etc...

店舗サイトの編集画面で**言語を「英語」に切り替えた状態で編集・更新すると、英語の内容が登録**されます。翻訳アイコンが表示されている項目は多言語対応の対象となります。

##### 予約メールも予約言語に合わせて送信されます

予約関連のメールについても、**お客様が予約時に利用した言語で自動送信**されるようになりました。

これにより、海外のお客様にもより安心してご利用いただけます。

店舗のスタッフ向けのメールは現在は日本語固定で送信しております。

##### 今後の対応予定

現在は**英語のみ対応**しておりますが、今後以下の言語にも対応予定です。

- 韓国語
- 中国語（繁体字）
- etc...

多言語対応は段階的に強化してまいります。

 

##### 多言語対応は「ベーシックプラス」ライセンスで提供

今回の多言語対応機能は、ベーシックプラスライセンス以上のプランでご利用いただけます。

インバウンド需要の増加に伴い、海外のお客様からの予約対応を検討されている店舗様は、この機会にぜひライセンスのアップグレードもご検討ください。
