# システム更新のお知らせ - 2025.12.17

いつも当社のレンタカー予約システムをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

下記のリリース日時にシステムへ一時的にアクセスできなくなる可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

## **🚗 新機能**

##### **免許証が複数枚の登録が可能になりました**

これまで免許証画像は1枚しか登録できませんでしたが、**複数枚の免許証画像をアップロード**できるようになりました。

- 免許証の表面と裏面をそれぞれ登録したいとき
- 有効期限が近づいたため、旧免許証と新免許証の両方を保持したいとき
- 複数人で運転される予約で、同乗者の免許証も一緒に提出しておきたいとき
- 外国籍のお客様など、複数の書類を併せて保管したい場合

アップロードされた免許証は予約に紐づいた形で保存され、いつでも確認・ダウンロード可能です。

 

##### **貸渡証のPDFがメールに添付できるようになりました**

店舗サイトの「予約 → メール設定」からONにすることで、**予約完了メールに貸渡証（PDF）を自動で添付**できるようになります。

⚠️ 注意事項（運用上のリスクと責任について）をご確認の上で、慎重な運用をお願いいたします。

個人情報の取り扱いについて

貸渡証には、顧客情報・車両情報・免許証情報などの個人情報が含まれます。  
メール添付による送信は、誤送信・転送などにより第三者へ情報が漏えいするリスクがあります。  
各店舗様において、個人情報の取り扱い方針を十分にご検討のうえご利用ください。

入力ミス・キャンセル・変更による認識齟齬について

予約内容の入力ミスや、予約後のキャンセル・変更が発生した場合でも、  
すでに送信された貸渡証PDFの内容が自動で更新・回収されることはありません。  
その結果、お客様と店舗の間で契約内容の認識に差異が生じる可能性があります。

免許証の不備・法的に貸渡できないケースについて

免許証が未確認、無効、または不正である場合や、その他の理由により  
法的にレンタカーを貸し出すことができない状態であっても、貸渡証PDFが発行・送信される場合があります。  
実際に貸渡可能かどうかの最終判断および確認責任は、各店舗様に帰属します。

責任の所在について（免責事項）

上記を含む、予約・貸渡・通知に関連するいかなる問題についても、弊社は一切の損害賠償責任を負いません。  
本機能は補助的なツールであり、運用判断・法的責任はすべて店舗様にてご対応ください。
