# システム更新のお知らせ - 2025.11.10

いつも当社のレンタカー予約システムをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

下記のリリース日時にシステムへ一時的にアクセスできなくなる可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

- **2025年11月10日(月) 22:00頃** を予定しています。当日の状況により前後する可能性があります。

 

## 🚗 新機能

**決済方法・決済手段がより柔軟に**

これまで予約ごとに入力できなかった「決済方法」と「決済手段」が、予約登録時に選択できるようになりました。OTAサイト（楽天、じゃらん等）経由で登録された予約も、**事前決済の情報入力が可能**になりました。また現地決済でも何で支払ったのか後から確認することが可能になりました。

- **決済方法（支払いのタイミング）**
  
    - 事前決済（ネット決済）
    - 現地決済（来店時にお支払い）
- **決済手段（支払いの手段）**
  
    - クレジットカード
    - 現金
    - PayPay
    - その他

また、OTA予約メール連携をするとどのサイトから取り込んだ予約なのかも予約詳細で確認することができるようになりました。

**予約一覧の検索フィルターが強化**

検索フィルターに新たに「予約流入元」「決済方法」「決済手段」が追加されました。

**店舗サイト**

- デザインが新しくなりました 
    - 予約の詳細画面
    - 顧客の詳細画面
-  車両グループ関連の不具合を改善いたしました 
    - ホームで車両グループに属さない車両の貸出・返却があった場合にエラーになっていた不具合を修正
    - 予約更新時に車両グループがプランに紐づかないものになっていた場合にエラーになっていた不具合を修正
    - それに伴い、車両の登録・更新時に車両グループが必須になりました
