# システム更新のお知らせ - 2025.10.01

## **🚗 新機能**

##### **予約サイトの予約者情報の入力が簡略化されました**

- **姓名（カナ）**
  
  予約や顧客管理の際に、お客様の名前の読み方が分からず対応に時間がかかるケースが多くありました。  
  今回のアップデートで、「お名前（カタカナ）」の入力欄を追加し、顧客自身にカタカナでフリガナを入力してもらえるようになりました。
  
  これにより、スタッフが正しくお名前を呼ぶことができ、電話・現地でのスムーズな対応が可能になります。
- **住所**
  
  これまで、住所を「都道府県」「市区町村」「番地」といった複数の入力欄に分けていましたが、  
  海外のお客様から「どこに何を入力すればいいかわからない」といった声をいただくことが多くありました。
  
  今回のアップデートにより、入力欄を「郵便番号」と「住所」の2項目に統一しました。  
  日本国内のお客様にも使いやすく、海外のお客様にも直感的に入力いただけるフォームへ改善しています。

##### **プランの販売期間が必須ではなくなりました**

これまでは、各プランに対して「開始日」と「終了日」の両方を入力しないと保存できない仕様となっていました。  
そのため、販売期間の更新を忘れた場合に、予約受付ができなくなってしまうケースがありました。

今回のアップデートで、販売期間の入力は**任意**となり、より柔軟な運用が可能になりました。

- **販売期間を空欄にすると無期限で予約受付が可能**になります。
- **開始日または終了日だけを入力することも可能**です。 
    - 来年以降に有効なプラン → 開始日だけ入力
    - 今年いっぱいで終了するプラン → 終了日だけ入力

プラン管理がより簡単になり、**予約の取りこぼしを防ぐことができます。**

## **🔧 その他修正**

##### 予約サイト

- 軽微な不具合を修正しました。

##### 店舗サイト

- プラン・車両の販売停止期間が過去の日付まで表示されていた不具合を修正。
- 企業管理者アカウント（スタッフ）が所属店舗から外されることで予約が正しく完了しない不具合を修正。
- スタッフ一覧のデザインを修正。
