# システム更新のお知らせ - 2025.06.18

いつも当社のレンタカー予約システムをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

2025年6月18日(水) 22:00頃 を予定しています。

## **🚗 新機能**

**プランの料金設定で「泊数」での設定が可能になりました**

これまでの時間単位・日単位に加えて、**「泊数（○泊○日）」に応じた料金設定**ができるようになりました。

たとえば以下のような設定が可能です：

- 1泊2日：7,000円
- 2泊3日：9,000円
- 3泊4日：11,000円　など

これにより、宿泊を伴う旅行プランをより柔軟に提供でき、**お客様のニーズに合わせた価格設定**が行えます。

料金プランの幅が広がることで、予約の取りこぼし防止にもつながります。

 

##### 貸渡証が新しいフォーマットで出力されるようになりました

貸渡証の出力機能が新しいフォーマットに対応し、さらに使いやすくなりました。

- 全入力項目をキーボードで自由に編集可能に 
    - 車両情報や貸渡日時、注意事項・備考欄など、すべて画面上で直接編集できます。
- ブラウザ上で表示されるため、翻訳機能で多言語対応も可能に 
    - 海外のお客様にもスムーズに対応できるようになりました。
- 2ページに分かれていた印刷レイアウトを1ページに集約 
    - コンパクトな設計により、紙やインクの節約にもつながります。
- 免許証の添付有無を選択できるチェック機能を追加 
    - お客様の要望や運用ルールに応じて、柔軟に対応できます。

 

##### 領収書が新しいフォーマットに対応しました

お客様に発行する領収書が、新しいフォーマットに切り替わりました。使いやすさと実務対応力が向上しています。

- 一部入力項目を画面上で編集可能 
    - 宛名や但し書きなど、発行時に必要な情報を柔軟に調整できます。
- ブラウザ上で表示される形式に変更 
    - PDF化前に確認・編集ができ、ブラウザの翻訳機能を使えば多言語対応も可能です。
- 適格請求書（インボイス）にも対応 
    - インボイス制度に準拠した記載内容で、法人のお客様にも安心してご利用いただけます。

 

##### 請求書の発行が可能になりました

 これまで領収書のみ対応していたところ、新たに請求書の発行にも対応しました。法人対応や事前請求の運用にお役立ていただけます。

- 宛名や振込先・備考など、一部項目を編集可能 
    - 取引先に合わせた内容を柔軟に調整できます。
- ブラウザで表示されるため、翻訳機能により多言語対応も可能 
    - 海外のお客様にもスムーズに案内できます。
- 適格請求書（インボイス）に対応 
    - 消費税や登録番号なども含め、制度に準拠した請求書の発行が可能です。
- 振込先の登録が可能 
    - 会社設定のページから振込先を登録することが可能です。

 

## **🔧 その他修正**

##### 予約サイト

- ログイン・新規登録・マイページなどヘッダーに表示していた項目がタブレット端末で表示されない不具合を修正しました
