# システム更新のお知らせ - 2025.05.28

いつも当社のレンタカー予約システムをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

下記のリリース日時にシステムへ一時的にアクセスできなくなる可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

## **⏰リリース予定日時**

2025年5月28日(水) 22:00頃 を予定しています。

## **🚗 新機能**

##### 店舗ロゴの設定が可能になりました

店舗ごとにロゴ画像を登録できるようになりました。

設定したロゴは予約サイトのヘッダーに表示され、お客様に安心感とブランドらしさを伝える手段として活用できます。

管理画面の「店舗詳細設定」からアップロード可能ですので、ぜひご活用ください。

 

##### 顧客ごとの予約回数・LTVが予約一覧で確認可能に

管理サイトの顧客一覧で「予約回数」「LTV（累計利用金額）」が表示されるようになりました。

リピーター対応やサービス向上のための判断材料としてご活用いただけます。

 

##### 車検・点検の期限をメールで通知

車検満了日・点検予定日の30日前・7日前にスタッフ全員へメールで通知されるようになりました。

また、在庫カレンダー上でも30日前になるとバッジが表示されるため、見落としを防げます。

期日は車両詳細設定から登録できます。

 

## **🔧 その他修正**

##### 予約サイト

- プラン画像のレイアウトを調整し、見やすさと統一感を向上させました

##### 店舗サイト

- CSVインポート時に「内部メモ欄」が取り込めるようになりました
- 予約関連の通知メールが、スタッフ宛には常に送信されるようになりました
- メール送信時のポップアップ文言を、よりわかりやすく修正しました
- 免許証アップロードのUIを改善し、セキュリティを強化しました
