### **障害内容**

- **\[予約画面\]**

- - 予約が正常に完了しない事象が発生しました。
    - 決済処理のみが実行され、予約が未登録となるケースが確認されました。
- **\[管理画面\]**
  
    - 予約内容の更新が行えない不具合が発生していました。（主にメール送信時）

### **対象期間**

- **2024年12月12日 14:00 ～ 2024年12月17日 17:00**

 

### **お客様へのお願い**

- 予約時に入力いただいた**「名前」「メールアドレス」「電話番号」**を各店舗へご連絡いただけますと、予約確認を行い、**返金対応**を随時実施いたします。
- このたびはご不便をおかけしましたこと、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。
- 引き続き、システムの改善および安定運用に努めてまいります。
