# キャッシュクリアの方法｜ログインができない場合の対処方法

# ログインができない場合の対処方法

ログインメールアドレスやパスワードに間違いがないにもかかわらず、ログインができない場合は、ブラウザに保存されている古い情報が影響している可能性があります。

その場合は、以下の方法をお試しください。

## 1. キャッシュクリア後に再度ログインする

ブラウザには、一度開いたページの情報が一時的に保存されています。  
この保存された情報が古いまま残っていると、ログイン画面が正しく表示されない場合があります。

そのため、まずはブラウザのキャッシュクリアを行ったうえで、再度ログインをお試しください。

### Google Chromeの場合

1. 画面右上の「︙」をクリック
2. 「閲覧履歴データを削除」を選択
3. 「キャッシュされた画像とファイル」にチェックを入れる
4. 「データを削除」をクリック
5. 改めてログイン画面を開く

### Safariの場合

1. 設定アプリ、またはSafariの設定を開く
2. 履歴やWebサイトデータの削除を行う
3. 改めてログイン画面を開く

※端末やブラウザのバージョンにより、表示名が異なる場合があります。

## その他のブラウザをご利用の場合

本記事では、代表的なブラウザとしてGoogle ChromeとSafariでの操作方法をご案内しております。

Microsoft Edge、Firefox、その他のブラウザをご利用の場合でも、基本的にはブラウザの設定画面からキャッシュクリアを行うことができます。

操作方法はブラウザや端末の種類によって異なるため、詳しい手順については、以下のようにご利用中のブラウザ名を入れて検索いただくと確認しやすくなります。

例：  
「Microsoft Edge キャッシュクリア 方法」  
「Firefox キャッシュクリア 方法」  
「Android ブラウザ キャッシュクリア 方法」

## 2. シークレットブラウザで開く

キャッシュクリア後もログインできない場合は、シークレットブラウザでログインをお試しください。

シークレットブラウザでは、通常のブラウザに保存されているキャッシュやCookieなどの影響を受けにくいため、ログインできない原因の切り分けがしやすくなります。

### Google Chromeの場合

1. 画面右上の「︙」をクリック
2. 「新しいシークレットウィンドウ」を選択
3. ログインURLを開く
4. メールアドレスとパスワードを入力してログイン

### Safariの場合

1. Safariを開く
2. タブ一覧を開く
3. 「プライベート」タブを選択
4. ログインURLを開く
5. メールアドレスとパスワードを入力してログイン

## 3. それでもログインできない場合

上記をお試しいただいてもログインできない場合は、以下の情報と企業・店舗名を添えてお問い合わせください。

- ご利用の端末  
  例：iPhone、Android、Windows、Macなど
- ご利用のブラウザ  
  例：Google Chrome、Safari、Microsoft Edgeなど
- 表示されているエラー内容
- ログインできない画面のスクリーンショット
