# システム更新のお知らせ - 2025.07.09

いつも当社のレンタカー予約システムをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

下記のリリース日時にシステムへ一時的にアクセスできなくなる可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

## **🚗 新機能**

#### **予約完了メールに「店舗からのメッセージ」を添付可能に**

予約完了メールに、各店舗が独自のメッセージを追加できるようになりました。

メッセージは管理画面からいつでも変更できます。

**活用例**

- 「送迎場所などのお迎え場所の案内」
- 「当日は免許証の原本をご持参くださいなどの注意書き」
- 「道路が混雑するため、お早めのご来店をおすすめします」

 

#### **貸出前・返却前・返却後のメール送信が可能に**

お客様の予約状況に応じて、以下のタイミングで通知メールを自動送信できるようになりました。

- **貸出前**：ご来店前日にリマインド（例：「明日がご予約日です。お気をつけてお越しください」）
- **返却前**：返却予定時刻の数時間前に通知（例：「このあと1時間以内に返却予定となっております」）
- **返却後**：お礼・アンケート依頼（例：「ご利用ありがとうございました。レビューのご協力をお願いします」）

※これらの通知はデフォルトでOFFになっており、必要に応じて有効化が可能です。

※設定は管理画面の「予約メール設定」より行えます。

 

#### **車両チェックシートが印刷可能に**

車両の状態を確認・記録するための「車両チェックシート」が、**管理サイトの車両詳細画面から印刷可能**になりました。

- 車両ごとに展開図付きのチェックシートを印刷し、傷や凹みのチェック、タイヤの状態、備品の有無などを紙ベースで管理できます。
- 印刷したチェックシートは貸出・返却時の立ち会い記録や、万が一のトラブル発生時の証拠保全にもご活用いただけます。

## **🔧 その他修正**

##### 予約サイト

- 車種（ボディータイプ）での検索フォームを複数選択可能になりました
- フッターのレイアウトを修正しました
- 店舗画面でGoogleAnalyticsのトラッカーがされてない不具合を修正

##### 店舗サイト

- 現地決済の予約は「未精算」「精算済」のステータスを任意に変更できるようになりました
- 貸渡証の表示項目を修正しました 
    - 電話番号の追加
    - 免許書番号の削除
- 請求書・領収書の表示項目を修正しました 
    - オプションごとに項目表示
- 登録したはずのスタッフが表示されなくなる不具合を修正
- ページング時の検索処理を修正
