# レンタカー事業者必見！「マイナ免許証」対応の最新法規とガイドライン

### レンタカー事業者必見！「マイナ免許証」対応の最新法規とガイドライン

デジタル化の進展により、運転免許証とマイナンバーカードが一体化した「マイナ免許証（マイナンバーカード搭載運転免許証）」の利用が進んでいます。レンタカー事業者としては、新しい形態の免許証を適切に確認し、安全に貸し出すための対応を整えておくことが重要です。今回は、**マイナ免許証のみを提示された場合の対応フロー**を詳しく解説します。

### **✅ 受付時の確認手順**

### **① マイナ免許証を提示してもらう**

まず、お客様にマイナ免許証（マイナンバーカード）を提示してもらいます。従来の運転免許証と異なり、プラスチックカードではなく、マイナンバーカードに運転免許証の情報が記録されている形態のため、以下のいずれかの方法で情報を確認する必要があります。

### **② ICチップの読み取りを行う**

マイナ免許証にはICチップが搭載されており、専用のICカードリーダーやスマートフォンアプリを使用することで、免許情報を読み取ることが可能です。

#### **ICチップ読み取りの方法（例）**

1. **専用のICカードリーダー**を使用する場合
   
     - 事業者向けのICカードリーダーを使い、端末にカードをかざして情報を取得
2. **スマートフォンアプリ**を使用する場合
   
     - 店舗側が認定されたアプリを利用し、スマホのNFC機能を使って情報を取得  
       ※アプリは[こちら](https://myna-menkyo-app.npa.go.jp/)からダウンロードが可能です。

① マイナ読み取りアプリの 読み取り開始 をタップ。

② 暗証番号の入力画面が表示されるため、お客様へ入力をお願いする。  
※お客様が暗証番号をお忘れの場合は、最寄りの警察署や免許センターへお問い合わせいただくよう誘導してあげましょう。

③ 続いて表示される画面に必要な情報（生年月日・有効期限・セキュリティコード）を入力し読み取り開始を行う。

④ マイナンバーカードのスキャンを行う。

⑤ 表示された免許証の画像を右下のボタンより保存し、厳重に保管する。

なお、有効期限切れや暗証番号がわからず免許証の確認ができない場合は、レンタカーの貸し出しをお断りするなど、店舗で定める規定に基づいてご対応を行いましょう。

### **✅ 免許証情報の保管について**

## 保存した免許証情報は弊社の[管理システム](https://grandyfun.com/feature)にて厳重に管理することが可能でございます。 なお、弊社の管理システムはスマホにも対応しているため、免許証情報の保存後にリアルタイムでデータベースへ取り込むことができます。

なお、弊社のシステムでは 以下の2ステップ でスムーズに情報登録・保管が可能です。  
※すでに顧客情報を入力されている場合は 顧客一覧 から顧客情報をご選択ください。

① サイドバーの 顧客 から顧客登録をタップ

② 顧客情報を入力し運転免許証項目の ファイルを選択 より保存した免許証画像を選択し顧客登録を完了する。  
※すでに顧客情報を入力されている場合は免許証画像の登録を行い顧客登録を完了してください。
